Who collects the data

What I collect

• When you send the consultation form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), company or shop, what you need and the notes you type. The form can only be sent after you tick the consent box.
• Visit log: when you open a public page I record the page viewed, the buttons clicked, your IP address, your country (worked out from the IP), the website or link that brought you here, the campaign parameters in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and whether an ad click id was present), your browser, operating system and device type. This log uses no cookies, creates no personal identifier and is not sent to advertisers. I skip it completely if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
• Language cookie (lang): created only when you choose or confirm a language (Vietnamese or English), to remember that choice. It holds no personal information.
• Sign-in cookie exists only if you sign in to the private area of the website, and only keeps your session.

What it is used for

Form details are used only to get back to you, advise you and discuss your request. The visit log is used only to see who is interested in which part of the website, where they come from, to improve the content and to spot unusual traffic. I do not sell data and I do not use it to send you advertising.

Who can see it

Only me. When a new request arrives, the form content is sent to me through Telegram (a third-party messaging service) and stored on the server that hosts the website. I do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Visit log with IP addresses: 90 days, then deleted automatically. Aggregated figures without IP addresses may be kept for up to 13 months.
• Consultation form details: kept until you ask me to delete them. I also review and delete details I no longer need to contact you at least once a year.
• Language cookie: 1 year. You can delete it any time in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email protected] with the name and phone number you used in the form. I will deal with it as soon as I can.

Changes to this policy

If the way data is collected changes, this page will be updated on the same day.
